Yes, I am trying to setup gbpvr for this card but I can't get anything to work.

Is there a basic config which will get this card to display channels in Australia?

I have installed the latest twinhan BDA drivers and my control panel states that DVB-TV 878 digital capture driver and tuner driver ver 1.2.3.5

I would like to get EPG working and the remote if at all possible.

Sorry to be a pain as I am new to this and the information is a little convoluted especially with regard to the twinhan drivers.

Any help would be appreciatedSmile

A full EPG for Australia is avaliable from http://www.icetv.com.au you can get a free 14 day demo which will get you started.

Out of the box the twinhan remote ony works a few functions it will drive you mad in no time. You may be able to use hip, girder etc to remap the functions but for AUD $50 I just brought a MCE2005 remote.

You can choose Australia in the capture source set up and it will scan the appropriate channels.

Once you have your channels set up use the muxchecker.exe tool to ensure you still have multiplexer registered.

Custom case made very quiet. Zalman CPU cooler.
Sits in rack with other HiFi.

ParaLED to show tuner activity.

OK. I have setup capture sources as follows:

Recording source= BDA recording plugin
EPG Source =DVB EPG broadcast

I have added Channel names ten etc in the channels section.

When I do a scan it goes throought the process (scanning to 51)

It finds channels but hangs with a ref memory error when it starts to scan 13

Also how do you map the channels after the scanning process?

Also where can I download a mulitplexer if required?

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the log and I'll take a look. You may find that setting the EPG Source to XMLTV cures this problem (see below).

I'm pretty sure the Oz broadcasters dont transmit the EPG, so you'll probably need to look at XMLTV for listings.

If you're running XP SP1 or higher, you should be able to use the DVR-MS mux. Alternatively, just search the forum - download locations for the Cyberlink mux have been discussed many times.

OK I have uninstalled all the drivers and installed them again and finally found a multiplexor and installed it.

Also renewed the mpeg that twinhan removes.

Now when I map the channals I get the following

Any ideas?Smile

I have finally got it to scan stations after alot of experimenting and have mapped the channels and they display OK.

For some reason None of the SBS and Ten channals scanned?

Is there something I may be doing wrong?
