Hi!

I am wondering if it's normal, that the timeshift function starts if i watch a recording and press pause on the OSD. For what shall the timeshift be? It's just a recording and if i want a pause, then i want a pause and no timeshift Big Grin

Are you saying that if you're watching a video that you recording earlier, then pressing 'pause' shows the message that it is saying it is switching to timeshift mode?

If you were watching live preview mode tv, and pressed 'pause', this would normally show the message about switching to timeshift mode.

Please zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Yes, that is true. It was an old recording, so it couldn't be an actual recording to be watched at timeshift.

I know, and this is a very good function. But i have this timeshift hint if i press "record" on the remote too. And this isn't so good. If i press record, i wanna have a record and not timeshift ^^; But that's another story.

If this were so easy..., i tried to reproduce this behaviour -> no success. For now the "Pause" works as it shall... i am wondering... really...! I'll try more often, perhaps it's only one constellation, that produce this symptom.
