Show ends early when "autoskip commercials" is checked in the config app

When auto skip commercials is checked and a program is played, it ends prematurely. Usually 5-10 minutes before the end of the show. If I uncheck "autoskip commercials" then the show is played all the way through. The longer the show the more get skipped at the end. I've attached the log files. Here's a snippet from gbpvr.log:

The "Received event code: 1" seems to mark where gbpvr stops the show.

Anyone else have this issue?
