I'm a noob... I need help getting this to work with my TV tuner!

Hello,

I've got a PlayTV Mobile Tv Tuner by Prolink for my laptop, and it works great, except the program that came with it left something to be desired. I would really like to get this to work, but I just don't know how! Sad
