lol I just get my tv tuner and I cant download gbpvr :p One question tho I am getting bad picture quality and has static over the channels, is that going to be my cable?

I dont know. Could be a bad cable or splitter or something. Post a screenshot and I'm sure some one will give your their opinion.

Here is a screenshot of channel 8...the higher channels arent as bad but still unwatchable in my opinion.

We do have our cable split many times but instead of adding another cable connection I just took the cable from upstairs (which had fine reception) and routed it to my room.

Yes, it really does look like a weak signal. It would be interesting if you could test to hook up the card before any cable splits...

Anyone else have opinions or comments on the picture before I go temporarely move my computer to a different cable line? Does that screenshot look like bad cable signal?
