lol I just get my tv tuner and I cant download gbpvr :p One question tho I am getting bad picture quality and has static over the channels, is that going to be my cable?

Yes, it really does look like a weak signal. It would be interesting if you could test to hook up the card before any cable splits...

Anyone else have opinions or comments on the picture before I go temporarely move my computer to a different cable line? Does that screenshot look like bad cable signal?
