Any leads how this is done? I'd love to nail this, but Windows seems to hide the technical aspects of it all away. Reinstalling windows is not an option, unfortunately.

It can be messy and varies from filter to filter. It also has the potential to break your Windows install, so I wont be providing instructions. This is way outside the scope of providing general GB-PVR support.

Ok, I agree, this is no longer a gb-pvr issue. Problem is, I'm at a dead-end, and don't know what to do next, so wondered if anyone knew of some other web site or resource that might help with filter problems.
