LiveTV Reboots MVP with C:\Temp\

When I configure the GB-PVR temp directory to C:\Temp\ it reboots the MVP when trying to view MVP. If I switch it back, it works fine.

reproduce the problem, then zip and attache the logs and I'll take a look.
