Actually Sub just made things very very easy in v96,.12.
I have a bunch of dongle.bins (I put them in the table here http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/FAQ/MVP#toc4, just updated last night) and I always thought they had to be called dongle.bin. But since v96.12 he has made a drop down menu in the config, where you can CHOOSE whichever dongle file you want and it does not need to be called dongle.bin (as evidenced by his gbmvp.bin).
I originally thought the MVP would only accept a file called dongle.bin, but it seems that the new config can push (for want of a better expression) any chosen file name in that list, provided it ends with .bin.
I just did one this morning called dongle.bin_2_5_24023b, so now I have 3 .bin files in that bin dir and I can choose betwen them. Don't forget to UNPLUG the MVP (not turn off, UNplug when switching between them).
The new version dongle.bin_2_5_24023b has a cool search facility which throws up a PC on your network to which it should connect to. Really neat. Takes LONGER to connect initially though, so be patient.
k.
