I did some big upgrades, running Twinhan Vp-3021 DVB-T and now the video stream (even playing previously recorded stuff) hesitates, just a bit to make it annoying. It's really noticable watching sports, or news/credits with smooth scrolling text (the real test!)
OK, I did new NVIDIA drivers for my G-Force MX 440 (composite output to tv)
New BDA drivers from Twinhan (this was a pain but I eventually got them in)
And then upgraded to the latest GBPVR
Love the new features, channel changing and everything is much nicer but this video problem is a pain. I have tried every variation of VRM 9/7 and overlay modes, some work as 16:9, some force 4:3 but either way the video is... slow. I am preferring VRM7 now, but used overlay before.
When I browse the Web TV guide from another machine, the TV really hesitates noticably which is the wierdest part.
System performance, while watching live TV is running at abouyt 50% (and doesnt really go over that).
So any suggestions? I think it's more the video card performance/driver than the app itself. I quickly run up the original Twinhan tv program and it seemed to do it too but I went through all the nvidia options and couldnt see anything that might help.
Again thanks for the new program and congrats on "release 2.0" Sub.
