Hi

I have GB-PVR running pretty well now. Configuration runs pretty well with 3 sources & 3 tuners (using PVR500 and PVR150)

I have 1 source that is displayed a little skewed (image is shifted to the right). This happens no matter which tuner I run the source through (using S-Video and composite only).

When I look at the image direct to my TV - the image is perfectly aligned.

Is there anyway in in GB-PVR you can offset an image for a particular station or source.

I would like to left shift the image for this source - but leave all the other sources as is.

Anyway to do this??

Tweaks / tools available???

I just hooked up my MVP today and on my TV the GBPVR screens look offcenter down and to the right. When I watch livetV or a video, it all looks ok.

Any Suggestions?

Search the forums for "mvp position" you will find much info on your problem and how to go about fixing it. As a hint you can look in the wiki for utilities dealing with position.

That only applies to the menus and OSD graphics. I have no control over the exact placement of video on the MVP.

OK - long time has passed - but I finally figured this out.

It had to do with the NVidia Decoders. I had to set the display type in the NVidia CODEC drivers to "Anamorphic/Raw Aspect".

It was originally on "Content Default"

No idea why this fixed it - but it did!

I had an identical problem with an ATI card. All Live TV was shifted to the right with a big black bar along the left side. After reading this thread, I removed my ATI drivers, re-installed them, and all is perfect.
