Newbie help: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Hi guys,

I'm new to this PVR game, so I hope you'll bear with me. I have a Hauppauge HVR1100 card installed, and the WinTV2000 that comes with it works fine (records, timeshifts etc). I've installed GB-PVR, and can view live TV, see programme listings etc, but whenever I try to record (or pause), I get the error message above. I've tried all the different settings for encoders/decoders and muxers, but still have the problem.

Afraid I don't know where to start with this. Anyone help?

zip and attach all the .log files. Using live tv goes across several files, so its best to have everything so I get a complete picture.

That little snippet of log isnt really that useful. The information I need about the error is actually in one of the other (-native) logs. Zip and attach a complete set of logs and I'll take a look.

Looking your logs, you included nearly every file, but unfortunately didnt include GBPVRRecordingService.exe.log and GBPVRRecordingService.exe-native.log. I can see what time the error occurred by looking in GBPVR.exe.log, but I need to look in these other two files to see what happened when it tried to start the recording.

Can you try again to reproduce it and repost all the logs?

I'm having the exact same problem.
I only get the error message when Live Preview mode is turned on.

I've attached the 2 logs that you asked for. Let me know if you need more info.
