web server error

[h_2_o]

i wanted to see how well the web interface worked so i started it up for the first time today. however i am getting a strange error when i try to access the pages, i'm getting a 404

Server Error in '/gbpvr' Application
HTTP Error 404 - Not Found

i've looked through my setup and the only thing i can see that might be causing this is that i am using my F drive for the install directory for gbpvr. if this is what might be causing this can anyone point me to what xml or config file i need to modify to correct this.
