I reformatted my computer and now it doesn't show up. I have WinTV installed.

It's on the drivers CD, or on the haup site. Version 5 is the current ones.

I tried installing them before. I ran hcwsmd05.exe. It goes to the install screen then just exits.

You may not have done the drivers installs fully...they won't install unless it detects the drivers properly. For the 150, there are new drivers, where you do the base first, the main, then everything else. The 2nd set creates the drivers that the decoders are looking for.

Well, the video plays fine under sagetv. I have a PVR-USB2.

Have a look on the Hauppauge forums. There is a known issue with installing new drivers over the old ones and a specific set of things you need to do to 'clear out' your system before the install.
