Hauppauge PVR-150 - No Video

I have spend a few hours searching forum with no results. Pretty standard setup, digital cable box to pvr-150 with RG6. The ir blaster works fine. I can get audio on all channels but no video.

Setup:
Direct Recording Plugin
External Tuner, Fixed Channel (#4) tried (#3) but get nothing.
Tuning = Cable

What should me settings be under the playback tab?

Anyone have any ideas???

have you tried s video in
(it should give you a better picture )

one other thing to test out the card would be to skip the cable box
plug the Rg 6 in to the pvr150 and tune it that way you will know that the card is work all right

mine is set to use "Composite, external tuner"
