I've mentioned it before & I'm probably the only person who gets this problem but I would like others to comment on it so I may have a chance to resolve it.

At the end of a timeshifted program (actually at the end of the padding given to any program on timeshift) my gb-pvr setup doesn't jump automatically onto the next program. It just freezes. If I hit pause/play then it fires up. Another thing that gets it moving, funnily enough, is moving the mouse ....

I thought it was a laugh - but I've tried constantly jiggling the mouse at the end of the timeshift file and the program happily continues playback .... It doesn't matter what decoders I use, various system drivers (mouse; video; audio etc.), demuxs or the like.

I've tried diasabling girder, which is the only thing that I would have thought could cause such an issue - still the freezing. Also I've tried many screensaver/power settings (both XP & GB-pvr), killing excess services, the usually <everything> to no avail.

Does anybody have a clue how to work around this freezing issue - especially with this mouse moving phenomenon ....

Sub, could you implement a rolling timeshift buffer (ie. 180 minutes or variable) instead of the individual files - maybe for LiveTV viewing only (still using timeshift - if that makes sense?!). I'm sure you've been asked this before, this should stop my freezing problem within the software.
