Hi!

I have a PVR-150 card with ir blaster.
I can record programs with Hauppauge scheduler.

When I try to record with gb-pvr I get the following message:
"Failed to load resources from resource file
Please check your Setup"

I get this message when I restart the recording service and have selected "Hauppauge IR Blaster Plug-in"!

I have checked 2 log files but I can't find anything useful in them:
GBPVRRecordingService.exe.log
GBPVRRecordingService.exe-native.log

If I select "No channel changer required" I can restart the recording service and record programs but gb-pvr doesn't change channel!

I am very pleased with the gp-pvr in general!
Works perfect for my needs of a pvr!
Thanks for a great app!

Best regards,

I had a recording pending.
When I have no recordings pending I can restart the recording servce without problems.
But when a recording starts I get the error message.

Configure your capture source to use the .exe channel changer, and point it at c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\haupblast.exe

I tested it with mixed results.
I can record without errors but the channel in my box won't change!

You should be using the ".exe channel changer" method, as that replaces the builtin plugin, which had problems from being used in two processes.

Yeah, I'm guessing its just moved your problem from one executable to another. Either way it sounds like the Hauppauge IR Blaster isnt in a fully functioning state given both of these unrelated methods have problems.

I dont know. Maybe try reinstalling the Hauppauge drivers, or a different version.
