Adding F7 to my remote

I have a 45 button hauppauge remote.. How can i make one of the buttons F7 ..so i can change aspect ratios?

you can assign the different buttons different functions in the irremote.ini file in /windows folder.

open your irremote.ini file, in windows dir just like gomjabar said. and down the bottom there should be a
[GB-PVR]
or [GBPVR] (not sure if theres a dash)
section just put it in there, use the other entries as an example of how to do it. then save the file and restart the IR.
