PC shutdown hang caused by GB-PVR?

Hi all. After doing a clean install with XP Home, all was fine until installing GB-PVR (which is great btw). The PC now hangs at shutdown for about 30 sec. Before it was only about 5 sec. Is this a known bug/thing please?

Nothing shows up in Event Viewer.

Hauppauge 350.

I dont think I've seen any other reports of this, so no its not a known bug.

I cant think of anything off hand that would cause this.

Do I need the Hauppauge software installed? I know that I need the drivers.

I assume that I don't need WinTV 2000, etc., but making sure.

You dont need to have wintv installed.
