Wake to Record not Working

I can't get GB-PVR to wake my machine from sleep. I am using S3 Suspend-to-RAM for sleep mode.

I did some testing with windows scheduled tasks and they wake my machine from sleep without problem.

My specs:
GB-PVR 9514 from 3 Dec 05
Windows XP SP2 all latest drivers and patches
Abit nForce2 mobo with latest BIOS and chipset drivers
Hauppauge PVR500MCE
Twinhan VP1020
768MB DDR400
WD 200 Gb HDD

maybe we should compare notes?

what power-management related settings are available to you in bios and what have you tried to do so far?

also, what happens if you are powered-up when stuff that should wake the machine starts? for example, scheduled recordings dont wake my machine up, but start perfectly if its already powered up, as you would expect, but EPG Update sometimes doesnt kick off till after the time i have set, despite being powered up and idle at the set time.

i.e. adjusted my pcs clock to 2.55am, epg update set to start at 3am, and left machine idle, but update didnt start till 3.07.

do you see same behaviour?

This is normal for the automated EPG update. It can start up to half an hour late. This is so that not everyone's update occurs at exactly the same minute.
