For gbpvr backup purposes

I want to backup my SETTINGS ONLY for gbpvr because of the increased virus activity today. The viruses screwed up my pc system causing config.exe to be corrupt. Is there any way to backup the settings and recording settings so that I can reinstall gbpvr with all my previous settings?

config.xml and gbpvr.mdb contain your settings and recording information, but be sure to only ever restore them into the same version of GB-PVR as they original came from.
