fm radio stations wont add

if i scan or add manually fm radio stations wont add.
I have a 150mce and a mediamvp the stations wont add from mvp or pc.

is there anyway to add a station manually in an xml file or anything? does anyone know of anything i can do that might help?

I've also had problems with Scan and with the menu Add button but
you can add them manually in the FM_RADIO_STATION table in gbpvr.mdb
