Interesting MVP error with 95.16

I noticed after installing 95.16 that when I go into to Live TV, exit back to the Main Menu and then go back into Live TV I lose the sound for the MVP. The only way to get it back it so reboot the GBpvr server. I never noticed this before 95.16, however I also downgraded the WinTV-PVR-150 drivers to 2.0.24.23035 recently, so it that could also be the cause. Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

Not losing sound here running the same driver. I just went in and out of live tv four times and no sound loss.
