Slow menu

Hi!

I have a little annoying problem.

I started to used GBPVR more and more, and now, I have up to 21 records done.

Unfortunately, when I select item "Recordings" from main menu, it can take up to 5 or 6 seconds to display the Recordings screen.

It is existing a way to fix this problem ?

I've got a lot more recordings than that, and my recording screen comes up pretty much straight away.

Have you tried defragging your disk? A heavily fragmented disk can make it a little slow loading things from the Access database.

... harddisk has activity while this 6-9 seconds delay, but doesn't seem on the rush.

I looked to the logs and seen some errors into, about weather plugin and email plugin. Could it be related ?

... we clearly see 5 seconds delay between line 5 and 6.

It's this step that take time:
getValue cached value: /settings/AutoRemoveMissingRecordings : true

... why is it taking so much time ? ... and what can I do ?

PS: Yes, I didn't defragmented my HD yet, I'll do it.
