HELP! GBPVR is pooched!

I can't start GBPVR anymore. it crashes with a runtime error

The last thing i did was edit the config.xml to change the XVID command settings but i've removed the line and it still won't start.

The gbpvr.exe logs contain two lines;
31/01/2006 23:25:42.255 VERBOSE [2] installDirectory is C:\Program Files\gbpvr\
31/01/2006 23:25:42.255 VERBOSE [2] configurationFile is config.xml


Any ideas!!?!?

I'll replace the config with one from the zip file (and hide my mdb) and see what happens

I dont know what you used to edit the file, but you've probably saved it as unicode or something similar.

If you use notepad its usually safe. If you use wordpad it can cause problems depending on how you saved it exactly.
