help geting GB PVR to work on x 800 all in wonder

i cant seem to get GBpvr to work on my PC. i think it may be that i dont know what to set the recording source to, i dont see any ATI all in wonder options and when i try some of the other ati things it says " the drives for the device you have configured do not seem to be installed"

Sorry, GB-PVR does not support the All-In-Wonder cards.

GBPVR natively needs a capture card with hardware MPEG2 encoding. But, if your AIW card has WDM drivers, then you should be able to get it working using the SoftwareRecorder plugin (but you'll need an mpeg2 encoder library and quite a high-spec machine)

boned...it looks like a nice app....you know of any good PVR software for ati cards? i dont like the crap they bundle with it... i love the preview channel thing really want to find an app that has that and works with my card

I have it pretty much up and running on my X850XT. I use the WDM plug in. That should work for you as well. Im having an issue with the sound,but that should be solvable. I had to set the overlay radio button in the playback tab in the config app to stop it from pausing every 30 seconds or so.

so phlatlyn what did you do to get the audio to work?
i got the video working real nice like, but i cant seem to get the audio to work...do you think you could tell me how you did it a little better?

yeah, I'd totally be intereste...got a 9600xt as a VIVO and would like two tuners...right now I have my 150 native and ati as an external app. Kind of a hack, but works when the 150 is recording.
