How do I access the web server?

Hey.  I just downloaded the latest version of GB-PVR and set it up, but for some reason I'm unable to access the web server.  So far I've been trying:

:7647/gbpvr/index.aspx]http://[IP]:7647/gbpvr/index.aspx

but it hasn't been working.  Is this the correct link?  If so, then do you have any other suggestions?  I've confirmed that the process is running and everything.

I had to rebuild the forums over the weekend, so it may have broken a few urls that have been posted. The new url for the same post is http://gbpvr.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?a...f=5;t=2140

Remember though, that discussion only applies to v0.23.8 and was fixed in v0.23.11.
