I've just installed gbpvr on my new system and I am getting two different errors that come up:
1) Error:Component has thrown as exception

2) Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I have read through other posts and noticed that the 2nd item is commonly associated with the My pictures pluggin...I don't have that pluggin installed.

Try setting your hardware decoder option to 'none - use software decoding'

well, that did get rid of the error message, so thank you. but the problem now is that the playback uses 100% of the cpu and gets pretty choppy

I am running a Via Epia M mainboard (1 GHz), 512 MB RAM.

I think I've got things figured out. After trying a bunch of different settings I got things looking pretty good.

Thanks again for your help
