avi files have color shift

When I play avi files from other sources there is a color shift every few seconds. If I play the files using vlc there is no problem. Any thoughts anyone?

GB-PVR doesnt do the playback itself, it just hands the task off to the directshow filters on your machine. Its likely whatever directshow filters are used for this type of AVI on your machine is causing the problem.

How do i verify the filter used by my machine? And can you recomend one to use?

Play the file, then zip and attach your gbpvr.exe-native.log and I'll tell you which one is being used.

Which one you should be using depends on what type AVI file it is.
