Mostly hissing sound with PVR-150

I finally hooked up some speakers to my new PVR settup. Net Radio plays fine. .MP3s play fine. However, TV audio is mostly hissy with a little bit of recognizable audio mixed in. Same if I use the native Hauppauge wintv200 app.

Any ideas why?

So since no one has commented on this one, I can assume that this might be a bad card and not a software issue?

As it turns out. It was Hauppauge drivers. (Figures).

All is good now.
