Hi,

I recorded 3 shows back to back (8:00-9:00, 9:00-10:00, 10:00-11:00). After the shows are done recording, I have comskip run, and then renameRecording. This has worked fine in the past, but for some reason it didn't work last night. The 8:00 show isn't showing up in GBPVR, but it was recorded - the MPEG file is on my hard drive. The other two shows worked fine. For the one that didn't work, comskip looks like it ran fine (the TXT files are there), and renameRecording worked. So I was just going to add it to the recordingdump.xml file manually, but I don't know what to put for the UID. I just want it to show up in the recordings section of GBPVR. I would also like to know why it didn't work right... Is it from running comskip and rename recording after the recording is complete? If so, why did it work other times but not this time? Thanks for your help!

That can be left blank.

I added this to the recordingdump.xml file:

<recording>
<filename>G:\TV Recordings\Law &amp; Order Special Victims Unit\Law &amp; Order Special Victims Unit - Scavenger.mpg</filename>
<channel>41 USA</channel>
<status>READY</status>
<startTime>2006-06-03 20:00:00</startTime>
<endTime>2006-06-03 21:00:00</endTime>
<title>Law &amp; Order: Special Victims Unit</title>
<subtitle>Scavenger</subtitle>
<description>Sorry, No Description.</description>
<uid>0000000000000</uid>
</recording>

It still isn't showing in GBPVR though. What else do I need to do? Thanks

When you click the 'import recordings' button, does it generate an error message in config.exe.log?
