ffmpeg for transcoding?

For post processing transcoding to XviD and DivX, is ffmpeg used? If so, what's the exact command passed to ffmpeg? I'd like to make a batch file that cuts and transcodes multiple files at once but I'm having a hell of a time making ffmpeg create the same types of xvid and divx files gbpvr does

Yes, ffmpeg is used. You'll find the command lines listed in config.xml in the node labelled <CustomFFmpegConversions>.
