noob needs help with pvr 500

need help. have installed pvr500 and gbpvr. however, i cant get and sound or picture when i hit "live TV". first off i just had a black window, changed a few things and then i got the "Object Reference not set" error. i checked for any logs but dont have any files the end in .log in the directory.

i have set two capture devices - is that right? am using v0.97.7 on xp pro with xp2800/512mb ram and a 6800 128mb xfx card.

also noticed that the card is a bundled kit for win MCE and came with a remote. does this version only work with MCE of xp?

You probably have windows set to hide known file extensions. Zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

you were right - hidden files were not visible. gonna have to post in stages

Just a suggestion: you can select all the logfiles at once and than zip them saves a lot of work.
