Newbie - Can't get music to play thru tv

I seem to be able to play live tv and recordings fine thru the tv, but when I try to play net radio or music mp3s they only play thru my computer speakers. What am I doing wrong?

Are you using a PVR350's TV out?

The PVR350 can only play MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 files. It is not able to play audio files, so these are played out of the PC's sound card.

You can get the desired effect though, but routing the PVR350 tv out's left and right audio into the line-in on your sound card, and then from the line-out on the sound card to the tv. This way the audio from both the PVR350 and sound card both come out of the one output.
