"No tuners are available to watch the requested channel"

Hey all, I've been using GBPVR for a while flawlessly, but tonight I tried to watch some live tv and I got this message... "No tuners are available to watch the requested channel. You can choose to watch one of the currently recording programmes." Then I get these options "Don't watch TV" and "Watch: Cops" I guess that cops is currently recording, but i can't find a way to stop it so that I can just watch TV. Can someone help me out please. Thanks! PS: yeah i know it's a noob question.

Its basically saying your tuner is busy doing a recording, so not available for live tv. You can watch that recording if you want, or return to the main menu. If you'd prefer to cancel the recording, and use the tuner for watching tv, then you can cancel the recording from the Recordings screen (click pending button).
