Just installed latest Hauppauge bin and latest gbpvr

I have a crash when I try to run config or gbpvr.

Looking in the gbprv.exe-log file, I have a line that says

INFO [41] BOOTPWorkerThread() :Hostname CAMFS
INFO [41] BOOTPWorkerThread IP Address 192.168.0.37

The name is correct, but the server IP address is really 192.168.13.31,

zip and attach a complete log and I'll take a look. I seem to remember this IP address isnt actually used for anything, so probably not a problem in itself.

Yeah, I think you're right. Its not just the PC date being set wrong either. They are really really old logs.

Andrew, you might want to check again. I think you got the logs from an old directory or something.

Just zipped up every log file in the directory, had to use a cdr to get to a mail machine, so had space.

Your right, looks like the machine had an instalation of gbpvr a while back. Should have checked. GBPVR used to be working on the network so quite possible. But the new logs are up to date are they not ?

The machine is fully patched, so it would have had quite a few MS changes since october. Should I just remove all gbpvr and try again ?

Those logs are from November 2005. The logs look like its version v0.90.

Post the correct logs and I'll take a look.

As lofty says. ( do you have bob the builder in NZ ? )

don't think so sub,

The most recent one in the zip is 13 Aug 2006,
11 from 12 Aug 2006,

and the remainging as you say are old ones that i did not realise were in there, I just zipped up every log file in the directory.

Do you want a zip with just the 12 / 13 Aug 2006 files in ?
