WMV option for transcode in video library?

Is there any way to make WMV conversion an option for the Transcode feature in the Video Library? It looks to me like these options are tied to <CustomFFmpegConversions> in config.xml, but I don't know (if that is correct or) what to put in there to make WMV show up as an option.
