GBPVR. exe has encountered....

Yesterday I installed the latest version of GBPVR over an old one, which I haven't used for some time. Actually I haven't used my HTPC for some time.

I encountered some problems, so I installed .Net 2.x and deinstalled Nod32 (yes I do read the manuals).
Still, when i start it I get the wellknown and familiar:
GBPVR. exe has encountered....etc. an needs to close blablalbla....
The weirdest thing is, if I don't close the miscrosoft popup I can use GBPVR, I don't know all functions but the tv-guide works, I can navigate, but of course it's kind of annoying this MS popup in front of GBPVR .
But the moment I close the popup GBPVR closes too and there I am....
I have this weird feeling that Sub is gonna ask me for a log file.....

If you installed it over an old version you might have problems with old plugin dll's in the plugin dir.

Do you have any plugins enabled/have you upgraded them?

Are you using the (default) blue skin?

Do you still get the error with all 3rd party plugins disabled

Doesn't make any difference toggling on or off.
