AVI (Divx) movies and MCE Remote

I have some Divx encoded AVI files that seem to take over GBPVR when I watch them. When I start the movies, nothing on the remote will work except the volume. I can't pause, skip, stop, anything. If I use my mouse through VNC, I can do everything. THEN the remote will work. It appears that I have to "manually" perform an action with the mouse before GBPVR will respond to my MCE remote. I've tried files on my local drive and on a DVD with the same results. Any advise? :confused:

Recorded programs still work fine. It only seems to be these files.

There is a bug with the divx software that switches the application focus to their stupid divx tray application, so when you try using the remote, its actually sending the commands to this tray application instead of GB-PVR.

It affects lot of apps, not just GB-PVR.

The forum search should turn up some discussion or solutions. Lots of users install the xvid or other player software, but I think there was also some solution with deleting a specific file from the divx software directory.
