Errors after installing

After I installed GBPVR and try to run the config it will start with the attached error message saying there is an error in the plugin list for SQLite. It'll let me into config but nothing works at it is shown in the Wiki I have been trying to follow. I have the Hauppauge PVR150 and installed DX9.0 and .net like the installation instructions stated. What is going on/what am I doing wrong?

I've just tried to reproduce this on a clean machine, but was unable to.

Maybe you could try closing the config app, then copying the empty.db3 file to gbpvr.db3 (deleting any gbpvr.db3 you already have), then restart the config app.
