Sub,

I have a PVR150 and a PVR500 in the same machine (both with FM tuners), and now whenever I go into FM radio and click on any of my saved stations, I can hear the audio from a tv station (and of course when I just tried it right now I get no sound at all). With having 2 cards both with FM tuners, is there anything I need to configure differently to still get radio?

Usually only one of the two tuners in the PVR500 supports FM radio, so you may need to try switching the card types around. If you've got the non-FM tuner configured for FM, then it could be trying to use and failing.

I've found that it's the FM Tuner from Device 2...

I remember setting up one PVR 150, with FM (It defaulted to device 1 because that's the only card I had.)

I installed another card, set it to two, and assumed that the FM would stay the way it was, plugged into 'one'

But no, I had to change it over... Go figure...

Ah that could be my problem. I do remember these problems did start around the time I installed the PvR500. I will play around with that. Thanks.

Sub: Would I be able to change the capture sources around on the 500 so that I just choose both devices as pvr500, both with no FM tuner, then just have my device #1 as the PVR150MCE and use the FM tuner only on that card? I have the antenna plugged into the 150, and in my config I have the capture sources setup as:

Device #1: PVR150MCE
Device #2: PVR500
Device #3: PVR500 with FM Tuner

If I change the Device #3 to just a PVR500, will GBPVR use the 150 card as the only FM tuner?

Thanks again.

Interestingly enough, the device order is the order that the computer finds... (Using devicecheck ) not the order at which you set it in the GBPVR...

If you dont want it to try to use the FM on the PVR500, then set to both to 'PVR500' rather than having on as 'PVR500 with FM'. Your device numbers will need to be correct though.
