Howdy-
I'm working on a fresh install, and when I click Live TV, it gives me this error.

Also, I tried to schedule a recording and watch it afterward, but the program hangs when I click play to watch the recording. Don't know if the two issues are related...

I've tried changing from VMR9 Custom to VMR9 to no avail.
Attached are my logs; thanks ahead of time for your help. You guys have a really cool community here.

Oh...
I don't know if this is relevant, but I just tracked down the mpg file, and it has a filesize of 0 KB.

I am going to start another manual recording in 5 minutes that I will monitor more closely.

It looks like you have a PVR250 or PVR350 configured as a PVR150 in your capture source settings.

no, the card I have is definitely a PVR150.
My driver works and everything, as I am able to stream tv in other programs...
Thanks for the quick reply!

well...switching it over to pvr-250 seems to have fixed the problem.
Maybe i have a driver screwed up somewhere or something...

....whatever it is, i guess this thread can be closed. Thanks for your help!

There have been few reports of PVR250 hardware being sold as PVR150s, and I'm pretty sure you're another of these.

I can easily tell this in the logs because it does have the separate encoder filter that is present on the newer PVR150/500 cards.
