GBPVR Crashes exiting live TV

When exiting Live TV, 80% of the time, the computer will crash to a BSOD with a BAD_POOL_CALLER error. Out of the 20% of the times that I can exit back to the main menu, if i exit the app from there about half the time it will crash with the same error. doesn't matter if i watch live tv for a minute or an hour. This is really becoming quite frustrating, as GBPVR is perfect for my needs so far, but this is beyond annoying.

I'm running XPSP2, WinTV PVR-150 (retail), 1GB ram, nVidia 5700LE with the drivers from nVidia's website. I can't remember the driver version, but it's about a month old.

That will definitely be a bug in a driver, probably either the capture device drivers or the video card drivers.

If its a video card driver problem, you may find switching video renderer helps (vmr7/vmr9/vmr9 custom/Overlay) since this uses the video card in the different ways. If this doesnt help, you're probably on your own on this one (upgrade/downgrade drivers??).
