Just installed GB-PVR. Tried recording a movie, and now I can't delete it  says it's access denied, can't delete it!!! Even tried in safe mode, nada. Also, can't watch live TV, says there's an error accessing memory, but my memory tests are coming back clean. Thoughts...????

I cant remember what the user installed, but I remember someone had some app installed that used a shell extension which would open videos (to make a preview icon or something similar) and would leave that file open, stopping the file from being able to be deleted. I'm guessing you've got something like this happening.

Immediately after a reboot, can you delete the file from inside GB-PVR, or from the command line? Dont open Windows Explorer.

What do you have your audio and video decoder set to on the playback tab of the config app?

 And nothing. I'm more bothered about this than the other problem at the moment, the other one can wait!

Nope, logged on as Administrator. I've experienced this in the distant past, but have always been able to delete under safe mode!

Ok, so let's try the other problem. Both audio and video are set to System Default.
