Hauppauge HVR3000

Hello everyone.
I have just purchased my self a great multi tv tuner. The only problem is I cannot get it to work.
No matter what I do I cannot get the card to tuner in. I get nothing :-(
what am I doing wrong. According to the config it see my card as the HVR4000 as installed PVR card.
also the Radio part is not givin any sound... it's searching but no sound :-(

I really hope that somebody can help me out here.

What did you try, and what happened? Are trying to use the analog side of it or the digital side?
