New user with an "SQlite" error

Hi, I just found out about GBPVR and am very excited to get it up and running. I followed the install instructions but I get an error when it gets to the "Config" stage.
I've attached the text of the Error. I'm hoping someone can make some sense of it and help me figure out what to do. If I need to provide more details please let me know.

are there any log files in you GBPVR folder ? if so attach those logs so someone can help you out.

copy the empty.db3 file to gbpvr.db3, overwriting the gbpvr.db3 if it already exists.

I too have experienced a similar issue. Installed GBPVR on a Windows 2000 machine and got the attached error. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong...
