Hauppauge nova-DT IR setup

this remote came with Hauppauge nova t 500.

only have volume / mute / arrows / enter working.

have tried Hauppauge 45 burron fix and checking use direct access for Hauppauge remote in config app along with turning off Ir.exe (which is never shown in task manager processes). also checked Irremote.ini for entries and all looks OK.

how can i get this working?

If this device comes with a MCE remote, you'll need to set the remote type to 'mce remote' in the config app.
