Transcode button does not appear in video library

I have tried using multiple skins, but I do not see the transcode button in my list of menus. What files do I need to look at to start finding out what the problem is.

Sorry, I'd didnt notice your earlier reply.

It looks like you've somehow damaged your config.xml file. The bottom half of it is bunched up on one line, and lots a tags are missing, including the tags which causes the transcode button to appear.

I'd delete your config.xml, and take a copy of config-master.dont-edit-me.xml and rename it config.xml
