Nova-T - Mpeg only?

Can I only produce mpeg (or DVRMS) files with my Nova-t card? Or can I produce .avi or divmx?

Don't want to spend any money......can I do it? What's the process?

That's right, you can tell it to convert to AVI after recording in the config app though. I leave mine as MS-DVR instead of converting though as have a big hard drive so doesn't matter so much about file size.
