Tuning request Format

Hi,
What is the tuning request format in the database?
I need to enter my tuning request manually in the database using TS reader info listed below.

Below is one current working entry (for my DVB-T card)
T:C56,754000,0,0,8~P:1070~V:1079~A:1078~L:000~PMT:1070~LCN:6~TXT:1076~N:>TV6

It seems some are options as well...
