I've made a lot of progress with my gbpvr installation and have everything pretty well working. I do have a couple of glitches that I can't seem to resolve however:

1- When I'm watching live TV and I want to go to another channel. I use the MCE remote to key in a 3 digit number (or two digits followed by OK). When I enter 3 digits, the screen shows the first two digits ok, but the third digit is then displayed centered below the first two and only the top half of the digit is visible. Its a if a text box was too small to show 3 digits wide. I looked for any font settings in the config utility but I have not found anything.

2- I'm using HIP to interface the MCE remote to gbpvr and also control the PVR150's IR blaster for channel changing. I programmed one of the remote's buttons to start up gbpvr and it starts up ok, but the window is not left focused. so I have to use the pc mouse to click on the gbpvr window to gain focus and be able to use the remote once again. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change? I also tried adding some of the gbpvr command line options to the command line but HIP doesn't seem to like having anything beyond the executable's name. I tried double quotes around the optional parameters but HIP still gives me an error. Is there a trick to doing this?

Thanks!

Ok, I've updated the blue skin to fix this in the next release. (tweak QuickKeyOverlay composite image in "C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\skin\Blue\OSD\skin.xml")

Ok thanks, I'll see what I can find about HIP on their forum.

For the blue skin, are you suggesting that there is something I can fix directly in the file referenced?

Yes, edit the "QuickKeyOverlay" composite image in "C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\skin\Blue\OSD\skin.xml". Make it something like:

<CompositeImage name="QuickKeyOverlay" size="720,480">
<DrawTextWithOutline text="@quickKeyValue" loc="15,35" size="45,30" fillColor="White" borderColor="Black" outlineWidth="2" textStyle="OSDText" align="Center"/>
</CompositeImage>
